The theme is diesel-punk it's very dirty and polluted. So police going to need a mask and something to cover up the leg.

I didn't do the color variation because I knew what I'm looking for.

These are some early ideas. Some are more "regular", and some are more" military". I picked the military one cuz this is Gotham.
